- ওয়ারেন্টি Claim এর ক্ষেত্রে বক্স এবং ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার সংরক্ষণ করা বাধ্যতামূলক।
- ওয়ারেন্টি সংক্রান্ত সহায়তা প্রদানের জন্য প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার পর দুই সপ্তাহ সময় প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
- রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি: ওয়ারেন্টি পিরিয়ডে প্রোডাক্টে সমস্যা (যে সকল প্রোডাক্টে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য) জনিত কারণে শুধুমাত্র একবার (১) ব্র্যান্ড কর্তৃক রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সেবা দেওয়া হয়।

- শুধুমাত্র প্রস্তুতকারক কর্তৃক সমস্যাজনিত কারণে ওয়ারেন্টি সেবা প্রদান করা হবে এবং অবশ্যই সাত দিনের মধ্যে জানাতে হবে। ওয়ারেন্টি Claim এর ক্ষেত্রে বক্স এবং ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার সংরক্ষণ করা বাধ্যতামূলক।
- উপরের শর্তবলি না মানা হলে প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

রিফান্ড পলিসি
- প্রোডাক্ট রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য হতে হলে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদেরকে জানাতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই ইনটেক এবং অরিজিনাল কন্ডিশনে থাকতে হবে যেমনটি ভাবে ডেলিভারি করা হয়েছিল। প্রোডাক্টের প্যাকেট খুলে ফেললে অথবা কোন ধরনের ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে অথবা প্রোডাক্ট ব্যবহার করে ফেললে রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
- প্রোডাক্টটি রিফান্ডের জন্য আমাদের কাছে পাঠানো হলে রিটার্ন সংক্রান্ত যাবতীয় শর্তাবলী মানা হয়েছে নাকি সেগুলো পরীক্ষা করে আমরা গ্রাহককে জানিয়ে দিব
- রিফান্ডের জন্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হলে ৩ থেকে ১৫ কার্য দিবসের মধ্যে ব্যাংক কার্ড মোবাইল ফিনান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস অথবা অন্য প্রোডাক্ট এর মাধ্যমে রিফান্ডটি সম্পন্ন করে দেওয়া হবে।

1. The quality of the product depends on the manufacturer. Umrelo.com has nothing to do with it. You cannot return a product if you do not like the product’s quality.
2. Umrelo.com will bear the delivery charges for 7 Days replacement warranty/Default warranty. Customers must bear the delivery charges for General warranty claims.

Refund Policy
- Refunds
- Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service, or In-store Credits.
Estimated Delivery Time:
The delivery timeline may vary depending on the product category, courier partner, or availability of the products. The estimated Delivery date will be shared during order confirmation.

- Outside Dhaka Metro (Zilla Sadar Areas): 2-4 Working Days (Max)

- Orders placed after 4 AM will be considered orders for the next business day, not the same day.
